It’s never to late to start working out and get the body you want. For me, I’m tired of carrying around my pregnancy weight. I have an almost 6 month old sweet preemie boy who had to be born by emergency c-section. I have been taking things easy because of the surgery. More so than I probably could have. Just the thought of being cut open freaks me out. I even still hate touching my scar because the area around it is still numb and hurts.

My goal: to workout the hardest I can and the most I can while taking care of my 6 month old boy and running my family business. I will be doing an 8 week course of workouts. Most of my workouts will be found online, doing P90X, going for hikes and just what ever I can accomplish that day.
The hard part: since I do have a baby, the hardest part for me will be to stay focused and push myself everyday. I’m hoping that documenting it and writing daily post will keep me focused.
